Annoying ads

I dont mind developers adding ads to their apps but the ads should not disable the app. Frametastic added ads that cannot be closed without closing the app. I clicked on every part of the ad and even went to view the advertised product in the App Store but the ads would not go away. Not sure if this is device (iPhone 6) or OS (iOS 9) specific issue. So for now Im deleting the app.
